Payments
Mobile Driven is proud to accept the following credit cards for secure payment transactions. Credit card information will not be stored with your account permanently. Your credit card billing information, such as address, name and postal code is always verified for your protection. Mobile Driven currently accepts the following credit/debit cards.

- Mastercard
- American Express
Mobile Driven also accepts PayPal payments for customers who prefer to use their existing PayPal accounts. This payment method offers added convenience along with a quick and simple checkout experience.
If you would like to do business with Mobile Driven, but prefer a payment option that is not available, please contact us to see if other arrangements can be made to suit your needs.
Order fulfillment may be delayed due to invalid credit card information, and Mobile Driven will never ship products to credit cards that don't meet the required validation guidelines. Mobile Driven reserves the right to cancel any orders we feel are suspicious. Fraudulent order attempts will be reported to authorities.
Returns
Mobile Driven guarantees the quality of every product we offer. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept any returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
Please Note: Refunds for damaged products due to fault of the purchaser will not be awarded. Refunds will only be issued for products returned in the condition in which the product was originally shipped. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 20 days of the RMA issuance date in their original package and include all original manuals and accessory items. Any alterations besides normal wear and tear will not warrant a refund. Mobile Driven will not be responsible for shipments lost during returned shipping.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, email Mobile Driven at support@mobiledriven.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your credit card number for your refund. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number written on the outside of the returning package. Mobile Driven will not accept any shipping charges for a returned product without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to each returned item. Your credit card will only be credited after we receive the return from you with all pieces in tact, and the original retail packaging included. Shipping, handling, or customs fees will not be credited back as a refund under any circumstances.

Damaged or Missing Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mobiledriven.com so that we might correct the situation. We will gladly exchange any item received defective. When emailing us, please write "defective product" in the subject line. Please be sure to include your order number and your contact information.

Typographical Errors and Omissions
Please understand that we have made every possible effort to ensure that the products, the price and additional information are as accurate as possible. In the event that an error is made on our part we do reserve the right not to sell an item. This error may include but not be limited to the following issues:
- Incorrect price listed (a price listed by mistake that is grossly below our cost).
- Product availability (if a product is not available to us from its respected manufacturer).
- Product Recall (if a product is under or pending a recall from the manufacturer).
- Defective Product (if we become aware that a product has a material defect).
- Public Safety (if we feel that the product will be used in a manner not related to its original intended purpose).
