LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mobile Driven, Inc. does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for product not being available for use, or for lost or corrupted data or software, or damage to hardware or the provision of services and support. Except as expressly provided herein, Mobile Driven, Inc. will not be liable for any consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of product, Mobile Driven, Inc. is not liable nor responsible for any amount of damages above the amount invoiced for the applicable product. Notwithstanding anything in this agreement to the contrary, the remedies set forth in this agreement shall apply even if such remedies fail their essential purpose. Once the order has been mailed or shipped, the responsibility of Mobile Driven, Inc. ceases. Any device damaged after that point will be the responsibility of the customer. Mobile Driven, Inc. disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and compatibility for a particular purpose with respect to any merchandise purchased from Mobile Driven or Adventure Driven web site / on-line retail store. The liability of Mobile Driven, Inc. in connection with a customer's purchase is expressly limited to the return policy for Mobile Driven, Inc., and all claims for consequential, incidental, or special damages are hereby excluded. If a customer receives damaged merchandise directly from Mobile Driven or Adventure Driven, they should contact Mobile Driven, Inc. immediately.
What Personal Information About Customers Does Mobile Driven Gather?
The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience at the Mobile Driven store. Here are the types of information we gather.

How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
